• Coed slo-pitch gives adults a chance to compete, stay active and enjoy the camaraderie of team sports—without taking the game too seriously.
You can spend years playing organized sports, then suddenly find yourself with nowhere to play.
Coed slo-pitch softball offers a surprisingly simple way back. The game keeps the best parts of baseball—hitting, fielding, running the bases and keeping score—but makes them more accessible. The pitch arrives underhand with an arc, recreational leagues often offer different skill levels, and some organizations let players sign up alone and place them on a team. (Volo Sports)
You don't even need nine friends and a group chat to get started.
