Michael Jordan likes golf fast. He likes competition. And he really likes winning.
So when he built his own private golf club, he made sure it suited him.
The Grove XXIII opened in Hobe Sound, Florida, in 2019. Named for Jordan’s famous No. 23, the course was designed by Bobby Weed with extensive input from Jordan. Its unusual routing allows golfers to play different combinations of holes, while Jordan’s groups can be much larger—and move much faster—than a typical foursome. (Golf Digest, 2019) (PGA Tour, 2023)
